Four Misunderstandings for Tanker Maintenance

Tanker maintenance is very important. Many customer maintenance methods are wrong. How to get out of maintenance errors, please refer to the following aspects:

Tanker maintenance misunderstanding 1

The thicker the fuse, the better. The function of the fuse is to prevent the electrical equipment from being damaged due to excessive current passing through it. During use, it is often the case that the fuse is blown. Many drivers do not know that this is because the fuse is protecting. Instead, blind fuses are used instead. Some even use copper wire instead of the fuse. This practice is not correct. The danger is that it is not only easy to damage electrical equipment, it may even cause a fire, and bring greater losses.

Tanker maintenance error 2

The more oil the tanker has, the better. Sufficient oil is the guarantee for the normal operation of the engine. When the lubricant oil is insufficient, the lubricant pump cannot provide enough lubricant pressure, and the good lubrication between the parts cannot be guaranteed. The wear of the parts will be intensified, and even the burning of the tiles and the holding of the shaft will be caused. As a result, some drivers have come to the wrong conclusion and believe that they still have more oil insurance. As everyone knows, the oil in the sump is not as good as possible. When the oil in the oil pan is too much, the rotation resistance of the crank connecting rod mechanism increases, causing the power of the engine to drop. At the same time, due to too much lubricating oil, more oil splashes on the cylinder liner and enters the combustion chamber, which increases the consumption of lubricating oil and increases the amount of coke due to incomplete combustion of the mixture, resulting in abnormal operation of the engine. Power drops. Therefore, the amount of lubricating oil should be appropriate, and the lubricating oil level should always be maintained between the two reticle lines.

Tanker maintenance errors 3

The tighter the bolt (nail), the better the car. After a long time use, the bolts (pins) in some parts will slowly loosen, resulting in oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, or even falling off of the joint, which will affect the use of the vehicle or cause accidents. damage. In fact, if the screw bolt is tightened too tightly, some contact planes will be deformed to cause oil leakage, water leakage, and air leakage, resulting in the vehicle not working properly; some even cause the bolts (nails) to undergo tensile deformation or thread sliding. Buckle, causing damage to parts or driving accidents. Therefore, tighten the bolts (bolts) in accordance with the specified torque. Therefore, during routine maintenance, some loose bolts (nails) should be checked and fixed frequently. In order to prevent bolts (pins) from loosening, some drivers often tighten the bolts (pins) tightly enough to exceed the specified torque.

Tanker maintenance misunderstanding 4

Under normal circumstances, the cooling water temperature is just like the temperature of the engine, so if the engine temperature rises, the cooling water will naturally increase. At this time, the gas filling efficiency of the engine will decrease, and the gas will volatilize in the pipeline to form an air resistance. Lubricating oils increase engine wear due to reduced viscosity. Based on this, some drivers think that the lower the cooling water temperature, the better. As a result, they readily remove the thermostat and do not use blinds at low temperatures, causing the engine to work at low temperatures for long periods of time. It should be noted that if the engine is working under low temperature conditions for a long time, especially when the temperature is too low, the lubrication of the engine will be exacerbated due to the excessive lubrication oil viscosity. In addition, due to poor fuel atomization, the quality of the air-fuel mixture deteriorates, causing the engine power to drop. Experiments have shown that the wear of the engine at 42 °C is 4 to 6 times that at 92 °C. Therefore, the temperature of the cooling water should be maintained between 82 °C and 92 °C according to the regulations. It is not necessarily the lower the better.
