Machine disassembly
1. Before disassembly, you should understand and be familiar with the performance, structure and related technical data of the machine. Unfamiliar machines should not be blindly disassembled before the relevant technical information of the assembly structure is clarified.
2. Disassembly should be carried out in a targeted manner. Disassembly is for inspection and repair. Therefore, it should be done in mind before disassembly. If you do not disassemble, you can determine whether the parts that meet the technical requirements do not need to be disassembled. If the oil pump passes the test on the test bench, if the oil pressure and the oil supply at a certain speed meet the technical requirements, it means that the oil pump meets the requirements, and it is not necessary to disassemble. However, for parts that are difficult to affirm without their technical state, or that are suspected to be defective after preliminary inspection, they must be disassembled for further inspection or repair.
3. The parts must be disassembled in a certain order, generally from the whole to the assembly, from the assembly to the parts, from the parts to the parts; from the outside to the inside, from the top to the bottom, from simple to complex, but easy to damage Parts should be removed first.
4. When disassembling, the external grease and dirt should be removed first, and the oil and water in the machine should be drained. Be prepared to store the parts, sort the parts in order, do not place them directly on the ground, and do not pile them together. Fine precision parts should be washed as soon as possible, coated with anti-rust oil or immersed in a diesel oil pan and covered to prevent dust from entering.
5. Standard tools and special tools should be used for disassembly to ensure parts are not damaged and work efficiency. If the nuts and bolts are to be removed, special wrenches or open-end wrenches should be used. Try not to use adjustable wrenches to avoid damage to the edges and corners of the nuts. Machines that must be pulled out or pressed out with special tools are not allowed to be beaten with a hammer or other things. When using vise and press, a soft pad (such as copper plate, aluminum plate or wood board) must be placed on the force receiving surface of the machine to prevent damage to the machine.
6. Some parts such as the removed fixing bolts, nuts, pins and washers should still be attached to the removed original parts to avoid misplacement or loss. If some parts are not suitable for returning to their original positions, use iron wire or put on the strip to indicate the location.
7. When disassembling more complex, precise and important parts, be sure to remember the number, mark, direction and position on the part. Paired parts should be matched as they are to avoid clutter.
Machine assembly
1. Each assembly should be carefully cleaned before assembly. During the assembly process, it should be kept strictly clean. Any dirt on the assembled surface and non-assembled surface may cause sharp wear of the parts and even make the machine unable to operate normally. Parts that have been drilled, reamed or boring are blown off with compressed air.
2. On the friction surface of the part, the lubricant should be applied during assembly so that the machine can be sufficiently lubricated at the beginning of operation. After the felt oil barrier is cleaned, it needs to be immersed in the oil to allow the oil to penetrate.
3. When changing the gasket during repair, it is necessary to pay close attention to its thickness, because the thickness of the gasket often determines the assembly gap between the components, which affects the technical performance of the machine. When installing, the gasket should be coated with a layer of grease on both sides (except for engine cylinders). The gaskets are not allowed to have defects such as bending, cracks, uneven thickness, mutual joints or cylinder ports.
4. Use special tools and equipment as much as possible during the assembly process.
5. When using the wrench and nut, try not to use the adjustable wrench. Use various standard special wrenches or open-end wrenches. For bolts and nuts of important parts, use a torque wrench and tighten according to the specified torque.
6. All the locking pieces, wire and cotter pins used to lock bolts and nuts should be inspected carefully. Cracks, wrinkles and other defects must be replaced. It is necessary to ensure that the locking is safe and reliable.
7. The parts to be positioned must verify the position and direction of each other during installation, and adjust the clearance to ensure the normal operation of the machine. If the piston and connecting rod should pay attention to the direction when assembling, the timing gear should ensure the correct timing of oil supply, ignition and gas distribution.
8. If the parts with oil passage, oil hole, oil groove and oil pipe are installed, it is necessary to repeatedly check whether the oil hole and the oil hole are aligned with each other.
