1. Select the crushing device beneficiation plant gold mine, crushed ore crushing equipment commonly used jaw crusher or gyratory crusher. The maximum particle size in the ore supply is generally not more than 0.85 times the width of the crusher feed port.

In the case of two-stage crushing, the second section uses a medium-sized cone crusher; in a small-scale concentrator, a jaw crusher or a roller crusher is also used. Medium and fine crushing operations include the use of counterattack or hammer crushers .
2. Crusher production capacity Calculate the crusher's production capacity and ore properties (fragmentability, specific gravity, joints, particle size composition, etc.), crusher type, specifications, performance and operating conditions (crushing ratio, load factor, uniform ore) Degree) and other factors. Since there is no theoretical calculation method for including all of these factors at present, it is more realistic to refer to a similar production enterprise to determine the production capacity at the time of design, and an empirical formula can be used for rough calculation, and corrected according to actual conditions.
1) When the open circuit is broken, the production capacity of the squat, rotary, standard, medium and short cone crusher is calculated according to formula 2-8:

K 2 - ore specific gravity correction factor, calculated by Equation 2-9:

K 3 - particle size or crush ratio correction factor (Table 2-5 or Table 2-6).
The production capacity of the crusher under standard conditions (medium hard ore, pseudo-specific gravity 1.6 ton / m3 ) open circuit crushing, can be calculated according to formula 2-10:

Note: 1e——refers to the size of the upper crusher dimension ore;

For example, the upper section adopts the 颚 type rotary crusher, this section is the standard or medium cone crusher; or the upper section adopts the standard cone crusher, this section is the short head cone crusher. However, when the closed circuit is broken, it refers to the ratio of the discharge port of the closed circuit breaker to the ore supply port.
