License plate recognition system implementation process:
First, when a fixed vehicle enters, the camera captures an image, the system automatically recognizes the license plate number, the license plate color, automatically determines the type of vehicle, etc., records information such as the entry time of the database vehicle, and then determines whether the vehicle is a fixed or temporary vehicle. The automatic release of the fixed vehicle system eliminates the need for manual control of the barrier switch; when the temporary vehicle enters, the system will time, and the admission information is automatically entered into the database, an alarm is issued, and manual intervention is required to release it;
Second, in the exit section, the vehicle arrives at the parking exit identification area. The camera automatically recognizes the vehicle license plate number, vehicle color, and enters the exit information, and then makes a judgment on the vehicle type.
