Therefore, many OEMs, including Shaanxi Auto, Foton, Beiben, SAIC Iveco Hongyan, etc., have close cooperation with Weichai, and in the field of 10 to 12 liter heavy truck engines, the Weichai “Blue Engine” series engine was once more domestic. The "independent suppliers" among the suppliers currently occupy approximately 36% of domestic heavy-duty vehicles and have a share of over 11% in the global heavy-duty engine market.

In the busy season of market sales, the engine of Weichai, a major supplier of heavy-duty engines, was difficult to obtain, and many heavy-duty truck companies lost a lot of orders.
