CGN will jointly launch nuclear-grade digital instrument control system with British companies

[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] On the morning of June 26th, local time, China Guangnuo Group ("CGN"), Beijing Guangli Nuclear System Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Guangli Nuclear Company") and the British Rolls-Royce Iss signed a cooperation agreement at the World Nuclear Industry Exhibition in Paris, France. The two parties will integrate their cutting-edge digital and analog technologies, explore new technology development, and launch a new generation of nuclear-grade DCS platform, which is planned to be integrated in related projects in China and overseas. The instrumentation technology and experience of both parties provide nuclear-grade instrumentation system solutions that can further enhance the customer experience and value for the global nuclear energy market.

(The special technology promotion meeting of the Heyi system during the exhibition was widely concerned by international customers and industry experts)
This is the third time that CGNPC has participated in the World Nuclear Industry Exhibition. CGNPC and 睦 system participated in special technical promotion conferences and roundtables, and introduced the development, application and future development of China's independent nuclear-grade DCS platform to foreign nuclear power industry. And extensive attention from industry experts. At the exhibition, CGNPC also simultaneously exhibited China's independent intellectual property third-generation nuclear power technology Hualong No. 1, intelligent nuclear power robot, plasma hazardous waste treatment project and electron beam irradiation treatment industrial wastewater project.
The Harmony System developed by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. is the first nuclear-grade digital instrument control platform (referred to as “nuclear-grade DCS”) with complete independent intellectual property rights in China. It mainly completes nuclear reactor reactor safety shutdown and accident mitigation functions, and can be applied to nuclear power plant reactor protection systems. Dedicated safety facility drive system, post-accident monitoring system, etc. Its birth and application have filled China's gap in this field, making China the fourth country in the world with nuclear-grade DCS R&D and production capacity.
Hehe system adopts the whole life cycle reliability design and safety analysis technology, nuclear level information display and control equipment design technology, self-diagnosis technology, formal verification technology, nuclear-level communication network design technology and embedded system software design technology. The key technologies have reached the international advanced level, and some of the key technical indicators have exceeded the international advanced level. The platform adopts an independently designed operating system and communication network. Nearly 1 million lines of software code are written independently, and a multi-level information security defense defense system is set up to provide further protection for information security and network security of nuclear power plants.
The 睦 system can be applied not only to nuclear power plants of various types, but also to a wide range of other industrial fields with high reliability control requirements such as ships, high-speed rail, and aviation. At present, the Hefei system has been successfully applied to the nuclear level instrument control system transformation of Daya Bay, Qinshan, Lingao and other nuclear power plants, and in Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station No. 5 and No.6, Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station No.5 and No.6, Hualong No.1 Demonstration Project 9 new nuclear power units such as Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Units 3 and 4, Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Units 5 and 6 and Shandong Shidaowan Nuclear Power Station High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor Demonstration Project were applied. Among them, Yangjiang Nuclear Power Unit 5 was successfully connected to the grid on May 23, 2018.
It is reported that the French World Nuclear Energy Expo lasted from June 26 to 28, and CGNPC has participated for the third time in a row. The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Amano, the French Minister of Economy, Lemaire, and the General Representative of the China-Guangdong Nuclear UK Project, Zheng Dongshan, attended the opening ceremony and exchanged views.
At the exhibition site, Zheng Dongshan also accepted an exclusive interview with the mainstream media of the People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, China News Service, China Radio International, and other Chinese media in Phoenix and the Phoenix Times and the European Times. As the reference power station of the Bradwell B project in the United Kingdom, the Hualong No. 1 demonstration unit - Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Unit 3 has recently completed the dome hoisting, and its engineering construction progress has become a topic of concern to many media.
The World Nuclear Industry Exhibition (WNE) is held every two years and the third is in 2018. The theme of the exhibition is “New Era of Civil Nuclear Energy”. The total exhibition area is 25,000 square meters. A total of 750 exhibitors from 27 countries participated in the exhibition. The exhibition will last for three days, during which a series of roundtables, exhibitor seminars and other events will be held in nearly 80 events, which are expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors.
