Thinking: Does the country plan a plate for the automobile industry?


Recently, I had some exchanges with sales executives of a domestic car company, centering on the current qualification of vehicle production, “into and out”, why the quality problems of joint venture brands have not been resolved frequently and why the core competitiveness of China’s auto industry has been solved. It is difficult to effectively break through and other issues are discussed. Through the collision of communication and ideas, we came to such a conclusion. Perhaps, at the national level, we plan a plate for the automobile industry.


In the past one or two years, we can focus on the following two latest developments around the Chinese auto industry:

First, as we all know, at the national level, the control of vehicle production qualifications has been strictly controlled, and the emphasis has always been on “outgoing,” that is, in order to optimize production capacity, it is necessary to face that some vehicles that have actually no longer undergo full vehicle production or adjustment The vehicle manufacturers with very low vehicle production have recovered the vehicle production qualifications. At the same time, they also emphasized that they will no longer issue new vehicle production qualifications, that is, they will not allow “advancement”. In the recent past, we have indeed seen that many vehicle manufacturers have begun to recover their vehicle production qualifications. However, a phenomenon that deserves attention is that, while the qualifications of some automakers are being reclaimed, other enterprises focusing on new energy auto businesses have gradually obtained qualifications for vehicle production, especially for private enterprises. This is obviously worth the attention of the industry. Why does the national level adjust itself to the strategy of "entering one out of one"?


Second, the automobile industry has been implementing a strategy of “market-for-technology” for decades. Not only has it failed to achieve the desired results, but it seems that China’s right to speak in joint-venture car companies is still at a disadvantage. At the same time, we can also note that In recent years, technological breakthroughs at the state-of-the-art technology level are also commonplace. In military technology, high-speed railways, computers, and biotechnology, etc., they all already have the most advanced technological capabilities in the world, but why are there technological contents in these areas? China's auto industry is not high, and there are even obvious gaps. In addition, from the perspective of common sense, the quality of joint-venture brand products should show a good level based on their globally leading R&D and quality management systems. However, the quality problems of joint venture brand products have been increasing in recent years. Can't be solved effectively?


While we are thinking about these issues, we also need to see such a new situation at the same time. In recent years, Chinese brands have been encouraging both at the product level and the end-market level. It should be said that Not only did the Chinese consumers see the hope of developing Chinese brands at the national level.

At the same time, we can also note that in a joint venture, everything is handled according to the process. From a performance point of view, it is in line with the so-called modern corporate management philosophy and can also increase efficiency. However, if we further think about this, we must follow the flow rules and requirements, especially the stringent requirements in our joint-venture car companies, whether it can be understood as a kind of barrier and a foreign A precautionary measure for China? Is the so-called master and apprentice left behind? Has China been unable to learn and master core technologies from foreign parties?

If we carefully study and analyze the product quality problems that have arisen in joint venture brands in recent years, we should be able to solve problems from a technical point of view, especially relying on the technical strength of the foreign joint venture. However, why does the foreign side choose not to completely solve these problems? It also requires that any joint venture must strictly follow established procedures and procedures?

Perhaps combining these clues and analysis, we can sort out such a logic:

All industries in China can have technological breakthroughs, but only the automotive industry, so that the technological content is not in front of the industry. Although China has achieved "market-for-technology" for decades, it still cannot achieve a breakthrough in the core technology field. ? Obviously the crux of the problem is the intention of foreigners to control this! At the same time, from the development of Chinese brands in recent years, especially in the field of product strength and production and sales scale of private enterprises, China's auto industry is not without potential and opportunities.

Based on the above-mentioned logic, at the national level, in the earlier period, the emphasis was placed on the principle of “not to enter the market alone” on the basis of the vehicle production qualification, and it was adjusted to the “one-in-one-out” strategy, especially for private enterprises. At the same time, we can also see that most of the preferential policies for 1.6L and small-displacement vehicles implemented by the country in recent years are still favored by Chinese brands.

Therefore, whether this series of measures at the national level can be considered as a big game in the cloth industry? Instead of emphasizing the "market for technology," but more through policy and market guidance, through the development of Chinese brand companies, especially private enterprises, to achieve China's technological breakthrough in the automotive industry?

 In shell making,we adopt automatic sand-covering production line, which was invented under the guidance of our general manager.The indoor temperature was controlled by air-conditions,keeping the temperature at  24℃±1℃, which can make the castings much more stable,the internal tissues much more well-proportioned.

 In shell hardening process,we use aluminium chloride to harden the shell.This can make the shell so hard that it can`t be distorted,at the same time the bug which the casting may have will be decreased.If there are letters or numbers in it,they will be much clearer.

 In dewaxing process,about 95% of the castings suppliers adopt the original water dewaxing technics,but we using the advanced steam dewaxing technics,which we are very proud of.This can effectively avoid the air-hole and sand-hole,making the casting look much nicer.

 In smelt process,we use middle frequency furnace,avoiding the emergence of the oxide; in molten steel control part,we use Germany-imported direct reading spectrometer machine,assuring its quality before the molten steel out of the furnace.During this process we use ERP production and management software to get the feedback information.

 In shell-knock out process,we have special machines,which can decrease the hitting and knocking, easily made by manual shell knocking out.

 In shot-blasting process,we have crawler-type and hanging shot-blasting machine,with steel shot 0.5-0.8,making the products smooth.Of course,if the customer wants it look much nicer,we also can carry out sand-blast treatment.

 In heat treatment process,we use electric furnace,and adopt double-temperature control in order to heat the products equally.As a result, the products will have great metallurgical structure.

 Our tolerance can reach at the grade of 5-7 according to our country`s tolerance standard.

  In machining process,we have 12 CNC machining centers and some other machines, so we can make further machining if the customers need.
