Huayou Engineering builds Nitto Pipeline Quality Project

On December 11, the East China Pipeline Supervision Department of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau North China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. convened a meeting to arrange for the procurement of materials and construction personnel for the crude oil pipeline project from Shandong Rizhao to Dongming, which was just started, to ensure the construction of the project. Successful implementation. The Nitto Pipeline is expected to be put into production by the end of June 2011. By then, the annual oil transmission capacity will reach 10 million tons, which will become the “lifeline” for local refinery companies in Shandong.
According to reports, the Nitto Pipeline was built by the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau North China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. with EPC general contracting. The total length of the pipeline is 462 km. In addition to the Rizhao Port First Station and the Dongming Petrochemical Terminal Station, there will also be five intermediate heat pump stations and 20 block valve rooms in Weinan, Linyi, Pingyi, Quzhou and Juye.
The construction of the Nitto Pipeline will provide a very stable oil source protection channel for the Shandong refining companies. The pipeline will mainly transport imported oil sources from the Middle East and other places, which will greatly reduce the crude oil transportation costs of the refineries. Shandong has 21 mining companies, accounting for nearly 50% of the country's total number of refining companies. Prior to this, the import of fuel oil from overseas refineries by Shandong smelting companies was mainly carried out by rail or ship to Rizhao Port, and then transported to the refinery with tank trucks. The transportation costs were high and the losses were serious along the way.
This is the first time that China Oil Industry Construction Co., Ltd. has undertaken the construction of an oil and gas pipeline project in the form of EPC general contracting, indicating that the company has successfully transformed from a construction-type enterprise into a management-based construction enterprise. In recent years, PetroChina has built a number of key projects such as the expansion project of Huabei Petrochemical, the North-to-North oil diversion of Huabei Oilfield, and the Baolige Oilfield of Erlian, and at the same time, it strives to promote market development to deep-level, wide-ranging and high-level development. In the pipeline market, they expanded from oil and gas pipelines to LNG pipelines and slurry pipelines. They successively constructed key projects such as the West-East Gas Pipeline, the Yong-Tang Qin Pipeline, and the Shaanxi-Beijing Pipeline Project; in the refining and chemical The traditional markets such as Huabei Petrochemical and Yanshan Petrochemical broke new markets such as Dushanzi Petrochemical, Daqing Petrochemical, Dalian Petrochemical, and Guangxi Petrochemical; in foreign markets, they expanded from Sudan and Mongolia to Russia, Algeria, Libya, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan And other countries.
Wei Jianchang, executive deputy general manager of China Oil Industry Construction Corporation, told reporters that in order to make the Nitto Pipeline Project a premium project, PetroChina Engineering and China National Petroleum and Gas Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. formed an EPC complex and selected experienced oil and gas pipelines. The loading company and the pipeline bureau put into production the trial run company as the subcontractor for procurement and commissioning. At the same time, an overall coordination mechanism was established during the EPC management process to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
