Before checking and maintaining the inverter, it must be done with the total power of the equipment cut off completely, and with the inverter lamp completely extinguished.

two. Routine inspection items: Check the ambient temperature and humidity before powering on the inverter. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the inverter to overheat and alarm. In severe cases, it will directly damage the inverter power components and short circuit the circuit. Resulting in a direct internal short circuit in the inverter. Inverter operation should pay attention to the cooling system is normal, such as: ventilation duct is smooth, whether the fan has abnormal sound. Inverter with higher protection level generally, such as IP20 or above inverter, can be directly opened and installed. The inverter below IP20 should be cabinet-mounted, so how the cooling effect of inverter cabinet will directly affect the normal operation of the inverter.

three. Regularly clean the air filter cooling air duct and internal dust. Check the screws, bolts and plug-in is loose, the input and output reactance to the ground and the phase resistance is short-circuit phenomenon, the normal should be greater than tens of megohms. Conductors and insulators are corrosive phenomenon, if there is a timely wipe clean with alcohol. If the conditions permit, the use of oscilloscopes to measure the stability of the output voltage of the switching power supply, such as: 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V and other voltage. Measure whether the square wave of each waveform of drive circuit is distorted. UVW phase waveform is sine wave. Contact with the contacts for fire marks, serious with the same model or greater than the original volume of new products; confirm the correctness of the control voltage, the sequence of protection action test; confirm the protection of the display circuit without exception; confirm the inverter in a separate Balance of output voltage during operation. 1. Cooling Fan The inverter power module is the most serious heating device, the heat generated by the continuous work must be promptly discharged, the general life of the fan is about 10Kh-40Kh. According to the continuous operation of the inverter converted to 2-3 years will have to replace the fan, the direct cooling fan has two and three lines, one of the second-line fan is positive, the other line is negative, do not pick the wrong replacement; third-line fans in addition to positive, There is also a negative detection line, replacement must be careful, otherwise it will cause the inverter overheating alarm. AC fan is generally 220V, 380V points, replace the voltage level do not make a mistake.

2. Filter capacitor intermediate circuit Filter capacitor: also known as electrolytic capacitors, its main role is to smooth the DC voltage, absorbing low-frequency harmonics in DC, its continuous heat generated by the heat generated by the inverter itself will speed up the drying of the electrolyte , Directly affect the size of its capacity. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the capacitor is 5 years. It is recommended that at least once a year to check the capacity of the capacitor, generally less than 20% of its capacity needs to be replaced.
