Fault reason: (9) "L" install "right-handed" pump, causing damage to the oil seal;

Fault reason: (10) hydraulic oil is too dirty.

Remedy: Clean the system, change the hydraulic oil.

Failure reasons: (11) pump filter is blocked by dirt can not play the role of oil filter

Failure reasons: (12) oil level is insufficient, the suction position is too high, the suction pipe exposed oil surface:

Remedy: Refuel to the oil level, lower oil absorption position.

Failure reasons: (13) There is no paper pad on both sides of the pump body and the pump cover; the pump body and the pump cover are not vertical sealing:

Remedy: Inhale air during rotation: add a paper pad between the pump body and the pump cover; grind the pump body on the flat plate with emery body so that the error between the pump body and the pump cover is no more than 0.005mm. Fasten the connection between the pump body and the pump cover , There should be no leakage.

Failure reasons: (14) pump shaft and motor coupling is not the heart, there is distortion friction:

Remedy: Adjust the pump and motor coupling concentricity, so that the error does not exceed 0.2mm.

Failure reasons: (15) gear meshing accuracy is not enough:

Remedy: The research gear to achieve gear meshing accuracy.
