Introduction: Glazed tiles and resin tiles are mainly used in flat roofs, villas, mobile homes, gardens and other roofing areas. Installation Precautions:

The purlins can be square tube (60×40×3mm) or C-beam (100×50×20×3mm) or anticorrosive wood (60×40mm).

The purlin spacing is 660mm, arranged from bottom to top.

When the main tile is installed, it must be installed in reverse according to local direction. Lay a tile, both sides at the same time.

The first ridge tile is cut off after the first ridge is installed.

Synthetic resin tile features:

Long-lasting color: The synthetic resin tile surface material is made of imported super high weather resistance engineering resin. With exceptional durability in the natural environment, it maintains its color stability even under long-term exposure to the harsh conditions of UV, moisture, heat and cold.

Excellent bearing capacity: The synthetic resin tile has a good bearing capacity. In areas with low temperatures, synthetic resin tiles do not produce surface damage and breakage even if the roof is covered with snow all year round. After testing, under the support distance of 660mm, loading 150kg, tiles will not produce cracks and damage.

Good sound insulation: It has been proved by experiments that when exposed to external noise such as heavy rain and strong wind, the resin tile has good noise absorption effect.

Impact resistance, low temperature resistance: Synthetic resin tile has strong external resistance. According to the experiment, a 1 kg steel ball falling freely from a height of 3m does not produce cracks, and the impact resistance at low temperatures is also very significant.

Excellent corrosion resistance: The resin tile can resist corrosion of various chemicals such as acid, alkali and salt for a long time. The experiment proves that there is no chemical reaction when soaked in salt, alkali and various acids below 60% for 24 hours. It is very suitable for use in areas with frequent acid rains and coastal areas, and the effect is particularly remarkable.

Excellent thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity coefficient of the synthetic resin tile is 0.325w/mk, which is about 1/310 of the clay tile, 1/5 of the cement tile, and 1/200 of the 0.5mm thick colored steel tile. Therefore, without considering the insulation layer, the thermal insulation performance of the synthetic resin tiles can still be optimized.

Excellent self-cleaning performance: The surface of the synthetic resin tile is dense and smooth, with “Lotus effect”, and it is not easy to absorb dust. Once it is washed by rain, it will be clean as new. The dirt on the tile surface will not be stained by rain after being washed by rain.

Stable volume: The expansion coefficient of the synthetic resin tile is 4.9×10-5mm/mm/°C. At the same time, the tile type has biaxial tensile properties in geometry. Even if the temperature changes greatly, the expansion and contraction of the tile can be digested by itself, so as to ensure Stable geometry.

Excellent water resistance: The highly weather-resistant resin selected for the synthetic resin tile itself is dense and non-absorbent, and there is no problem of microporous water seepage. The width of the product is 45% wider than traditional tiles, and less roof joints. Therefore, the water resistance of synthetic resin tiles is much higher than that of conventional tiles.

Excellent insulation properties: Synthetic resin tiles are insulating products and will be undamaged in the event of accidental discharge.

Strong fire resistance: Synthetic resin tiles are nonflammable materials.

Environmental protection: Synthetic resin tiles do not contain asbestos and radioactive elements, and can be recycled and used, fully complying with the requirements of green environmental protection.

The outport stopper for I.V fluid bag is based on the polycarbonate joint formed by injection molding process, comprising of the injection‐purpose halogenated butyl rubber stopper and aluminum‐plastic composite cap. Among which, the material for polycarbonate joint is the imported medical‐level polycarbonate, complying with the FDA rules; the aluminum‐plastic composite cap is produced by using the imported top‐quality aluminum strip; the injection‐purpose halogenated butyl rubber stopper can be chosen to use the well‐known domestic product or imported product on the request of user.

The infusion stopper is produced in the clean plant, with the partial part reaching to Class 100 under the Class 10,000 background. The main working procedures, such as the injection molding and the cleaning, riveting, inspection, wash, assembly and etc., are designed and processed as per the cleanliness requirements at the partial level of Class 100, which passes the GMP on‐site certification and complies with the cleanliness requirements of high capacity injection medicine.

The main production equipments, test and inspection instruments of infusion stopper have already reached to the international level and are advanced at home. Meanwhile, the full production process is conducted the strict control and management, and making product free of plasticizing agent, loading agent and lubricating agent, and free of absorption or transfer when contacting with liquid medicine, neither the pyrogen and soluble matter, thence such equipment may ensure the product quality.
