Recently, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ according to the “Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recalls†and the “Implementation Measures for the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recallsâ€, which was decided on December 1, 2017. The following vehicles were recalled for a total of 938,686 vehicles.
(I) Some of the 2014 Baojun 730 vehicles produced during the period from June 3, 2014 to October 13, 2016, totaled 384,157 vehicles.
(II) Some of the 2015/2016 Baojun 560 vehicles produced during the period from June 2, 2015 to September 30, 2017, totaling 554,529 vehicles.
Due to the manufacturer's manufacturing reasons, some of the fuel tank ventilation hoses may be aged and cracked after long-term use. In extreme cases, fuel vapor leakage may occur when the fuel tank is full of fuel, posing a safety hazard.
