On December 28, Shengsheng Oilfield Zhongsheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. officially completed the completion of the technical transformation and expansion project of 50,000 tons of petroleum sulfonate, which not only marked the completion of the nation’s largest petroleum sulfonate production base in Dongying, but also marked China three times. The "Petroleum Sulfonate Demonstration Project" is a high-tech industrialization project commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission for Sinopec Group. China’s second-largest oil field Shengli Petroleum Administration undertakes specific scientific and technological research and project construction tasks. After five years of research and development, major breakthroughs have been made in China's tertiary oil-repellent oil-displacement agents and their use technologies. The project was formally put into operation on March 10, 2004, and formed an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons. In October this year, the company invested in a series of technological transformations, the production process was further optimized, and the production scale was increased to 50,000 tons. / Annual production capacity. According to the experimental results, using more than 130 tons of crude oil per ton of petroleum sulfonate and its unique technology can increase crude oil recovery in high-permeability reservoirs by 20% to 30%. According to industrial tests in Shengli Oilfield, the average daily well production per well for 10 wells has increased by 15 tons, and now production is 4 times that before using this technology. The increased production of crude oil will be equivalent to half of the total crude oil production of these oil fields in the past 50 years. The recovery rate of most oil fields such as Shengli, Shengli, Liaohe, and North China can increase significantly.

Heat Pump System

Heat pumps are used to transfer heat because less high-grade energy is required than is released as heat. Most of the energy for heating comes from the external environment, only a fraction of which comes from electricity (or some other high-grade energy source required to run a compressor). In electrically-powered heat pumps, the heat transferred can be three or four times larger than the electrical power consumed, giving the system a coefficient of performance (COP) of 3 or 4, as opposed to a COP of 1 for a conventional electrical resistance heater, in which all heat is produced from input electrical energy.

Heat pumps use a refrigerant as an intermediate fluid to absorb heat where it vaporizes, in the evaporator, and then to release heat where the refrigerant condenses, in the condenser. The refrigerant flows through insulated pipes between the evaporator and the condenser, allowing for efficient thermal energy transfer at relatively long distances.
