(1) Stage transportation lane

Most of our users have a circular transport system at the stage transport level in order to improve the production capacity of the stope and adapt to the characteristics of this mining method. In the circular transportation system, there are two ways of wearing the veins and loading the veins. When using a pulsed loading vehicle, the spacing between the veins is generally 25 to 30 meters. When loading along the vein, the spacing between the veins is generally 60 to 80 meters. The size of the pulse spacing is related to the prospecting requirements.

[Note]: The stage transportation alley should have a layout outside the boundary of the lower disc to ensure the smooth return line.
(2) Mine run-off

There are three types of placements for mines.

1) Electric ramp independent slide

Advantages: Convenient construction, high strength of mining, easy to excavate and mine measurement management.

Disadvantages: The amount of excavation work is large.

2) Nugget branch slip mine

Advantages: The amount of excavation work is smaller than that of electric eaves.

Disadvantages: 1 When a certain electric shovel is out of mine, the dust wave with dust in the sluice is flushed into the sub-district roadway through the branch sluice, causing serious pollution of the quarry air; 2 branching well construction is complicated, labor intensity is large, mechanization The degree is low; 3 branching wells have increased the difficulty in measuring the ore mining, which is unfavorable for the measurement of loss and depletion. Therefore, branch runners are not used much, and are only used in medium-thick inclined ore bodies.

3) Concentrated chute in the mining area with poly ore roadway.

Advantages: 1 can reduce the number of chutes. This advantage is more prominent when the ore body is very broken and the construction and maintenance of the stope is difficult. 2 It is easy to realize the slipping to simplify the ore transportation and improve the labor productivity of the mining.

Disadvantages: 1 It is difficult to divide the field measurement, which increases the difficulty of mine management and loss and depletion calculation. If the production management in the pit is not good, it will easily affect the production safety in the main transportation stage. 2 Increased the mining process, reduced the loading point and reduced the mining intensity. Due to the above disadvantages, in practice, this type of chute is rarely used.

[Note] The problems that should be noted for the layout of the mines: (position and angle).

1 At the lower mouth of the ore-boring well, there should be a type of sluice gate suitable for the type of sluice, and the upper mouth of the sluice sluice should be narrowed to the side of the electric raft or locked into a small opening with concrete, and On one side, there is a pedestrian passage of no less than 1 meter wide.

2 The ore-boring wells are mostly vertical and easy to construct. When the inclined ore boring well is selected, in order to ensure the normal sway of the ore, the inclination angle of the long section of the upper section shall not be less than 60°, and the short section of the lower section shall not be less than 55°.

3 The upper part of the ore discharge chute should avoid the electric ramp passing through the lower section as much as possible. Otherwise, not only the stability of the part of the electric tunnel penetrated is seriously weakened, but also the working conditions are deteriorated due to dust pollution during the staged mining. The section of the chute - generally (1.5 ~ 2.0) m 2 .

(3) Pedestrian ventilation patios, equipment materials and other related liaison works.

There are generally two arrangements, one is that the nugget symbolizes the vertical type, and the other is the common layout of the mining area. The former one is less used and the latter one is more widely used.

1) The independent arrangement of the ore blocks - refers to the independent installation of a set of pedestrian ventilation patio equipment materials and pipeline passages. This form has a large amount of engineering.

2) Common layout of the mining area - refers to a mining area consisting of several ore blocks, and a mining area is arranged for a set of projects to be shared by each mining block. This type of arrangement reduces the amount of mining work, so most mines tend to use the common mode of the mining area. This form facilitates the installation of fixed lifting equipment and increases labor productivity.

(4) Arrangement of electric ramps

The arrangement of the electric ramp usually depends on the thickness of the ore body and the inclination of the ore body. When the thickness of the ore body is not large (<15 m), the ramp is arranged along the strike. When the ore body is a thick ore body, it is generally arranged in a tangential direction.

(5) Bottom structure

The bottom structure of the selected structure is different, and the arrangement and quantity of the relevant roadway are also different. For the bottomed column caving method, the bottom structure of the trench is often used. The bottom structure consists of an electric roadway, a bucket (or mined out), a neck and a part of the mine (funnel or temporary ditch).

(6) Rock drilling patio and rock drilling chamber

The number and arrangement of rock drilling patios and rock drilling chambers depend on the size of the ore block, the granular rock equipment and geological conditions.

1 The rock drilling patio is preferably connected to the upper stage or section to improve ventilation.
The position of the 2 granulite patio should ensure uniform distribution of the blasthole. When drilling with medium-deep holes, it is possible to set up a slab in the rock drilling patio.
