Longpan "steel shield" heavy-duty engine coolant is about to be fully listed

Cavitation erosion in heavy-duty engine wet cylinder liners has always been a common phenomenon in the market, but in the eyes of drivers, maintenance workers, and even many professionals in the automotive industry, the phenomenon of cavitation erosion in wet cylinder liners is a “no solution” problem. Because currently in the automotive industry, there is simply no way to effectively solve the cavitation problem. From June 8th onwards, the new “steel shield” heavy-duty engine coolant from Longpan Petrochemical will fundamentally change the current status of the domestic commercial vehicle industry for “cavitation” in wet cavitation cavitation.

Cylinder liners are mainly divided into dry cylinder liners and wet cylinder liners. The former is mainly used in gasoline vehicles, while the latter is mainly used in diesel vehicles. If in the design of the liner, the waterway is connected with the cylinder in a large area, the cooling water and the cylinder working chamber are completely isolated by the cylinder liner, and the outer wall of the cylinder liner contacts the cooling water. This cylinder liner is called a wet cylinder liner. Compared with dry cylinder liners, these cylinder liners have a slightly thicker wall, but they have a higher heat dissipation capacity and are therefore widely used in all types of heavy-duty diesel vehicle engines.

When the engine is working, the piston strikes the wall of the cylinder liner during reciprocating motion to generate vibration. When the external wall of the cylinder liner leaves the coolant for the first time due to vibration, a low pressure zone is formed at the surface, and the low pressure zone evaporates the cooling liquid to generate bubbles. When the cylinder wall is affixed to the cooling liquid, the pressure on the surface of the cylinder wall increases significantly, causing the air bubbles to burst. The bubbles burst at a fast speed and time, and the instantaneous impact force can reach thousands or even tens of thousands of atmospheres and several hundred degrees. Above the high temperature, the bubble burst rate converted to 900 kilometers per hour. This bubble formation and bursting process is repeated and concentrated in a small local area. This causes the metal in the area to fatigue and gradually falls off, and forms a hole in the metal surface of the wet cylinder liner, causing cavitation. .

The occurrence of cavitation erosion will greatly shorten the service life of cylinder liners. Under severe conditions, cylinder liners can be worn through for months and lead to scrapping. Maintenance and replacement of cylinder liners generally require at least 1,000. Yuan, many more than 10,000 yuan. Therefore, the maintenance and replacement of wet cylinder liners is a heavy burden for users of heavy commercial vehicles.

The Longyan Petrochemical R&D Center started the technical research on the cavitation erosion phenomenon of wet cylinder liners of heavy-duty diesel engines two years ago. After more than 700 days and nights of unremitting efforts, it has successfully successfully developed a new era of cross-generation. Meaningful, can effectively prevent and solve the wet cavitation phenomenon of the "steel shield" new generation of heavy duty engine coolant.

In the development process of the “steel shield”, Longxi R&D personnel discovered that the key to improving the cavitation erosion resistance of the wet liner is to increase the chemical and physical strength of the material on the surface of the cylinder liner, and introduce chemical passivation into the antifreeze solution. And the chemical adsorption film forming technology can effectively increase the chemical physical strength of the surface of the cylinder liner. Therefore, this is a solution to the cavitation problem of the lowest cost and most practical wet cylinder liner.

"Steel Shield" cooling fluid, with its unique "smart shield" protection technology, significantly reduces the probability of occurrence of cavitation, thereby greatly extending the service life of heavy-duty engine wet cylinder liners. It will completely break the trouble that cavitation can't prevent and successfully fill the technical gap in the field of domestic heavy-duty engine coolant.

As a fully formulated heavy-duty engine coolant, “Steel Shield” combines the use characteristics of domestic heavy-duty vehicles, with the addition of a double-effect formulation of organic acids and inorganic salts, combining the effects of both with the resulting protective film. Effectively prevent the additive's electrochemical corrosion of various metals in the engine cooling system. At the same time, the "steel shield" contains highly efficient cast iron lattice transformation additives, which strengthen the iron oxide crystal lattice of the wet cylinder liner and greatly increase the mechanical physical strength of cast iron, thus eliminating the wet cylinder liner from high temperature and high frequency mechanical vibration. Cavitation corrosion.

The steel shield coolant adopts a fashionable 4kg green eagle hearing and 9.5kg white drum packaging. The product's freezing point includes three specifications of -25°C, -35°C, and -45°C.

The scope of application of “steel shield” includes various cooling systems for heavy-duty trucks and luxury passenger vehicles using wet cylinder engines, various types of fixed units, train and marine unit cooling systems, and various vehicle cooling systems using light-duty engines. .
