The characteristics and application of vertical sewage pump

LW series of vertical sewage pump is widely used in urban water supply and drainage, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial and domestic sewage, mud, excrement, ash, pulp and other transportation and emissions. It can also be used as a circulation pump, farm irrigation pump, etc. Transmission medium temperature is not more than 80 °C, impurity content (weight ratio) does not exceed 25%, PH = 4 ~ 10, through the solid particle diameter of 15 ~ 110mm.

LW type vertical sewage pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, shaft, base, bearing seat, motor frame and so on. The pump body is a single-suction volute type, the impeller adopts single (double) flow path or single (double) blade structure, no blocking hydraulic design, good performance, stable operation, low vibration, high reliability, easy installation, and convenient operation. Can be controlled automatically. The motor and the LW type vertical sewage pump adopt two types of direct connection and layered installation. There are hand holes on the pump body and the inlet pipe for discharging dirt. The liquid is sucked axially and discharged horizontally. Pumps with outlet diameters in the range of 65~350mm are equipped with an elbow base, the upper bearing is lubricated with grease, the lower bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the shaft seal is a mechanical seal; the pump with an outlet diameter above 350mm adopts a straight pipe base, bearing Lubricated with grease, the shaft seal is a wear-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene filler. The pump is directly driven by the motor through a flexible coupling. Looking from the motor end, the LW vertical sewage pump rotates clockwise.
